GENERAL QUESTIONS

All EQUALITY WEAR™ swimwear should be hand-washed with cold water and dry flat in order to keep the swim pieces in original condition. Our collection should not be mixed or washed with other items. Please note and make sure you do not bleach, wash with detergent or dry clean the swimwear.

In further regard, we advise to be careful with products such as chlorinated waters, tanning oils, rough surfaces etc. in order to keep your EQUALITY WEAR™ collection in its own pristine quality, it otherwise can cause premature wear. We are unable to assume responsibility for any damages the suit may incur if cared for otherwise.

NOTE: We do not except returns from International orders, only Domestic orders, that are ordered within the United States, can be returned if the following conditions apply:

We will happily accept unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise in original condition with original tags with original shipping bag attached for a return within 10 days after date of delivery.

Please note:

  • All items will undergo a detailed inspection once received. If the returned items do not meet our outlined return policy standards, then the items will be returned to the customer’s original shipping address.
  • Once items pass inspection we will credit the original payment method/store credit within 14 business days of receipt of the returned items.
  • We do not accept exchanges or returns for items purchased on SALE.
  • We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirement.

We will credit your original method of payment within 14 business days of receiving the returned item(s), minus $10 for domestic returns and minus $20 for international returns.

Please note that any item purchased on SALE are not eligible for return or exchange.

Once you have placed an order on our website, you are unable to make any changes.

All international packages may be subject to taxes and duties. This charge is not calculated into the total price at checkout for customers outside of the US. This is an unfortunate part of international ordering being that there is little that we can do to predict or avoid the fee. For all international packages, we do not have the ability to estimate taxed prior to delivery.
