EQUALITY WEAR™ FOR PETA

EQUALITY WEAR™ supports PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals) in its mission for animal rights. In doing so, EQUALITY WEAR™ donates a reflective portion of its sales to PETA and it’s influential task to secure ethical treatment for animals all around the globe. PETA is the largest animal rights organization in the world, with more than 6.5 million members and supporters.

PETA focuses its attention on the four areas in which the largest numbers of animals suffer the most intensely for the longest periods of time: in the food industry, in the clothing trade, in laboratories, and in the entertainment industry. PETA also works on a variety of other issues, including the cruel killing of rodents, birds, and other animals who are often considered “pests” as well as cruelty to domesticated animals.

In more detail, PETA works through public education, cruelty investigations, research, animal rescue, legislation, special events, celebrity involvement, and protest campaigns. For more information about PETA and its advocacy for animals around the world, click here.

EQUALITY WEAR™ FOR MERCY FOR ANIMALS

Pigs, cows, chickens, fish, and other farmed animals are smart and unique individuals just like the dogs and cats we share our homes with. But behind the closed doors of modern farms they endure brutal cruelty. Most spend their entire lives in dark, crowded, waste-filled sheds. Some are locked in cages so small they can barely turn around. Because many animal cruelty laws do not protect them, farmed animals are often beaten, mutilated, and painfully slaughtered.

To help raise awareness and profound funding for animals, EQUALITY WEAR™ helps fundraise MFA in its mission to protect farmed animals all over the world through the sales of our bikini line. For each bikini sold, EQUALITY WEAR™ will donate a reflective portion to MERCY FOR ANIMALS and it’s powerful mission to secure ethical treatments for farmed animals.
